Carl Moe
Carl is the founder and Managing Director of C.R.O. Success LLC.
Carl’s career began in Detroit
selling computer-based design and production automation systems to the
American-headquartered auto companies for Digital Equipment Corporation.
Next were decades of executive roles in technology-based, globally focused
growth organizations including President, Rank Sherr Tumico, Inc. (US
subsidiary of The Rank Organization, Plc); Executive Vice President, Midwest
Systems, Inc.; Vice President of Sales & Marketing, CyberOptics, Inc; and
Chief Operating Officer, NT International, Inc.
Carl is a frequent guest lecturer at
the Carlson School MBA program at the University of Minnesota. He holds both an engineering degree
and MBA from the University of Michigan.
Glen Castore, Ph.D.
Glen has held executive positions in a variety of companies ranging from a
startup venture-financed company to a high-growth public technology firm. He
has successfully dealt with situations ranging from obtaining financing for
his own startup business to making significant improvements in operations
for rapidly growing companies. Dr. Castore did his undergraduate studies at
Swarthmore College and completed graduate work at Syracuse University.
Marilyn Tarbet
Marilyn is the Director of New Business for Power Systems Research, a market
research and consulting firm with extensive experience in the process,
energy, petroleum, power components and capital equipment industries. She
has been in sales and sales management positions throughout her career,
working with emerging enterprises to multi-nationals in both public and
private sectors. She is skilled at developing new business opportunities in
new market segments, developing and maintaining business relationships at
all levels within client and partner organizations plus leading and training
sales teams. Ms. Tarbet is a graduate of Waldorf College.
Ken is the CEO of True North Partners, LLC. Ken has been involved in sales force and marketing automation for over twelve years and has worked with hundreds of companies implementing strategic software solutions that result in significant and measurable improvements to lead conversion and long-term customer retention. He is a certified software consultant for both ACT! and Infusionsoft. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelors of Science degree from North Dakota State University, majoring in Science and Mathematics.
