The prerequisite for implementing the Bankable Forecast Process is completing the 5M’s Sales Process. Our digital forecasting model (0, 25, 50, 75 & 100%) is based on prospect responses to the Critical Qualifying Questions (CQQ’s) for Motivation (DV fit), Money, Methodology and Market.

Custom Program
Implementing
the Bankable Forecast Process into your business and internal workflows is
typically a one day workshop. Participants
include the CRO and sales management with selected participation from
marketing, engineering, R&D and manufacturing. The goal is to introduce the
5M's sales concepts, the critical qualifying questions process, and develop
the Bankable forecast process for your business.
This workshop also enables dialogue on the details of the
Differentiating Value process as the managers will see how it applies to
their specific areas of responsibility. Depending
on your requirements, Bankable Forecast workshop programs are typically in
the $6-10+K range depending on group size and integration tasks.
Travel outside the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area is additional
and reimbursable.
