Our simple policy:

• We do not sell or disclose your confidential information, including your contact data. We do provide and use your information within our team and our service and support to you.  
• We will not issue press releases or blogs or other media that specifically identify you without your advance written authorization.  We do sometimes make general reference with other customers about our work, such as with "an industrial coatings company."  
• We do not prohibit the reproduction of the items provided on our download page and use within your organization. We do require your attribution to CRO Success LLC, and your acknowledgement that the SRS 2.0 and this website are protected intellectual property.
• We do not wish for there to be any concern that we would misuse information you provide in any way. We do generally reference privacy or non-disclosure as part of our engagement letter, and demonstrate our care of that information and industry context.
