EC 150   After the initial consultation, one option you have is to begin your own DIY application of the Sales Revenue System 2.0. We recommend that you review our service unit offerings, as they illustrate the activities that are necessary. Over time, we have been asked to consult at sticky points, and to assist in project blueprinting the implementation to stay "on track" for you as the client. Accordingly, we offer an executive coaching program. We schedule up to 12 phone conferences with you, and react to your present situation, your options, and hold up your original goals to maintain priorities. This is "front-end loaded" in that more sessions occur early than later, and we plan on checking in together in formal appointment times over a 6 month period. Your value in this is to stay focused and, over the coming months, address the real and costly performance gaps that are barriers to a "bankable" sales forecast and closing those sales on plan. You are the quarterback in this implementation, but we are experienced coaches and will send in many new plays and insights from the sidelines to move you forward.

EC 150   Executive Coaching, 12 sessions over 6 months...........................................$2,000/month

We invoice the first two months as a retainer and $2,000 a month thereafter.  Clients who engage our services under EC 150 are welcome to supplement their internal SRS implementation with our other services or request a custom proposal at any point.

SPA 200   In deciding to implement a limited or full SRS 2.0 initiative, the need is to do a detailed gap analysis between "as-is" and desired "to-be."  We first enter into a non-disclosure agreement to assure confidentiality of all non-public materials. A qualified associate will expend two days with you and your staff, preparing an audit of your existing revenue system. Additional time is expended preparing an assessment report highlighting specific issues. To prepare for this assessment, we will need the materials in the "Revenue System Audit Materials" you will find in the "Download" area. The value to you is to find the areas you are doing well, pinpoint those that require immediate attention, and acquiring a systems view of your sales domain.

SPA 200   Existing Revenue System Assessment and Report.................Typically $4,000-$6,000 depending on the number of audit topics covered.

We invoice half in advance, half upon completion. Travel expenses outside of the Minneapolis - St. Paul metro area are reimbursable and billed separately. Use of teleconferencing and web meetings in lieu of travel is feasible but extends time to completion.

ESM 250   Your need is to drill into the building blocks of your present revenue system, and to evaluate the managers and representatives you have today. To do this, we typically use one of our favorite third-party structured assessment tools. The individual representative evaluation profiles sales strengths, weaknesses, and identifies critical beliefs and behaviors that hinder current performance. For managers, the evaluation provides a comprehensive view of strengths, weaknesses, and specific management level development recommendations.

ESM 260   Review of Valid and Reliable Evaluations by others.....................................50% of above

We implement the Sales Revenue System, not personnel evaluation services. Nonetheless, your people are critical to the performance of the total system and how to best sell your value proposition. If you have recently invested in a recognized evaluation tool it is sometimes possible to use those results, although this impacts other parts of your SRS. Travel (if required, and often it is not) is reimbursable and billed separately.
